Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days. All orders are packaged and shipped personally by me from Singapore.
My store ships all international orders via SingPost and online tracking updates are available with every shipment. You will automatically receive an email containing tracking information once I have successfully shipped your order.
For US customers, you can also track your parcel and sign up for text alerts via the USPS tracking page.
For other international customers, you can also track your parcels here.
International orders typically take 4-8 weeks to be delivered, however there may be delays in shipping due to factors such as delays at customs, higher delivery traffic during holiday periods, global pandemic slowdown etc. These circumstances are outside the scope of my shipping policy and as such TRXYLAND will not be held liable for such delays.
International Customs & Taxes
Customs forms will be duly filled for all packages and international customers are fully responsible for any taxes/customs fee associated with the receiving of their order.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days. Local orders will be sent via SingPost Normal Mail, which does not have tracking.
